2. Appointments & Bookings

• Appointments can be made online, via phone, or in person.

• We kindly request that clients arrive on time to ensure a smooth experience.

• Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to appointments.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All service prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept various forms of payment including cash and selected digital methods.

5. Service Guarantee

We strive for client satisfaction. If you are not happy with a service, please inform us within 48 hours of your appointment and we will do our best to address your concerns.

6. Health & Safety

• Clients are responsible for informing us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to receiving services.

• We maintain high standards of hygiene and follow strict safety protocols in all treatments.

7. Gift Vouchers & Promotions

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Promotional offers are subject to availability and may have expiration dates.
